experience any issue related to craftsmanship or a manufacturing defect,

Yes. Every piece is designed and formed by Sapir Dahan - which means no
two are exactly alike. The creative process behind each piece is entirely
handmade: the vision, the form, and the intention all come from Sapir's hands.

The most accurate way to find your ring size is to measure a ring you already
own that fits well: place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter in
millimeters, then compare to a standard ring size chart. Alternatively, you can
wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and
measure the length in mm. We recommend measuring in the evening when
fingers are slightly larger. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Still

Yes! Sapir works from her studio in Jaffa, Israel. Studio visits are available by
appointment only. If you'd like to come in - whether to browse the collection,
commission a custom piece, or simply see the work up close - please reach out
to us through the Contact page to arrange a time.

We occasionally take on custom commissions. If you have a vision for a piece
- a specific stone inspiration, size, or concept - reach out to us through the
Contact page and we'll let you know about availability and timelines. We love
bringing personal visions to life.

Our pieces are made from high-quality gold and silver and are built to last.
For regular care: gently clean your jewelry with warm water, a small amount
of mild soap, and a soft small brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft
cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, harsh chemicals, and
chlorinated water. Store in a dry place, ideally in the pouch or box it arrived
in. The raw and textured finishes are intentional - slight natural changes over
time are part of each piece's story.

arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business
days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once
