At Even Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return process according to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
1. Right to Cancel & Return Window
- Cancellation Period: In accordance with Israeli law, you have the right to cancel a transaction and return your item within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Legal Exceptions)
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned under consumer protection regulations:
- Custom-Made Jewelry: Any item manufactured specifically to the consumer’s measurements, personalized engravings, or bespoke designs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings: For hygiene and health reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
3. Return Shipping & Approval
- Prior Approval: To initiate a return, you must first contact us at contact@even-studio.com. Returns sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Liability: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for items lost during return transit.
4. Refunds & Cancellation Fees
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Statutory Fees: As permitted by the Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at contact@even-studio.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
