1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
The use of this Site and the ability to perform a purchase is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer represents and warrants that they meet this age requirement. This restriction applies specifically to the legal capacity to enter into a credit card transaction and perform a purchase on the Site.
2. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We are committed to delivering our boutique jewelry worldwide.
- Method of Delivery: All products are shipped via International Registered Postal Parcel or Global Tracked Courier Services, depending on the destination and availability.
- Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery time is 20 to 40 business days from the moment the purchase is completed and the order is processed. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country, local customs procedures, and postal efficiency.
3. Product Warranty and Care
Our jewelry is handcrafted from 925 Sterling Silver, often featuring high-quality 18K Gold Plating.
- Manufacturing Warranty: We commit to providing high-quality products. Any defect originating from the manufacturing process or raw materials will be repaired at no cost.
- Plating Policy: Since skin acidity levels vary between individuals, the durability of gold plating may differ. In such rare cases, the first re-plating will be provided free of charge; subsequent re-plating will be subject to a nominal fee.
- Natural Wear and Tear: Natural oxidation (tarnishing) of 925 Sterling Silver or the gradual fading of gold plating over time are considered natural wear and not a manufacturing defect.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover loss of the jewelry or any of its parts. It is void if any repair or modification is performed by a third party not authorized by the Company.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company, its employees, and/or its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage caused as a result of:
- The use of the Site or products purchased through it.
- Usage not in accordance with product care instructions.
- Personal sensitivity or skin reactions.
- Exposure to chemical substances, water, or perfume.
- Physical damage such as pulling, dropping, or bending, or any unreasonable use of the jewelry. Every piece is handcrafted; slight variations from site imagery may occur and are part of the product’s unique character.
5. Transaction Cancellation and Returns
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981:
- A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in its original condition.
- Note: Custom-made jewelry or items manufactured specifically to the consumer’s measurements (including specific ring sizes ordered to fit) are exempt from the right of cancellation under the law.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, product names, images, and content on this site – including the Oscar Collection – are the exclusive intellectual property of Even Studio and Sapir Dahan. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
